When you ask a question using the QuranTEL search or question form, the question text is sent to the QuranTEL backend to retrieve a source-traced response. Question text is logged for quality, review, and improvement purposes. No email address is required to ask a question.
If you use a feedback or interest form and provide your name and email address, that information is held by the QuranTEL team only. It is used solely to follow up on your submission or notify you when a requested pathway becomes available. It is not shared externally.
Cookies and third-party analytics are not currently active. If analytics are added in future, they will be disclosed in this policy before activation and will not include personally identifiable tracking without your consent.
Standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) may be recorded by the hosting provider for security and performance purposes. These are not used for user profiling and are not shared externally.
QuranTEL does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. This commitment applies to all data collected through this service.
Question logs and feedback submissions are retained for a reasonable period to support service development and quality review. You may request deletion of your submitted data by contacting us through the feedback form.
